Kirby Bexar County Animal Shelter, $820,000 for First Phase

The partnership between Kirby and the County will reduce costs for both agencies by sharing the overhead costs of running a kennel and will allow Bexar County Animal Control the flexibility of picking up more stray and unwanted animals, particularly on nights and weekends.
